Teams,
It seems that with some clever detective work on all of your parts we have obtained the final clue that has unraveled the mystery. Team Parkway has discovered the missing key and I believe some medallions to go with their efforts.
But the rest of you should still keep diligent. There are still points to be had. In particular, we must find where JCR went. We know he left the area (as did the rest of them) but we don't know where. There has been absolutely no sign of him anywhere. Did he flee to Mexico? Canada? Shreveport? We don't know. Our agents believe that one person in particular though we cannot quite determine who that was was on to him early on but might have lost the trail recently. There is still a 25 points reward out for this.
Keep hunting!!!

Digits
Cyber Discovery Teams,
I have heard from a few of you wondering what some sequence of numbers that have been recently uncovered might mean. There appear to be 10 of them. We are asking our agents and you to look up some examples of 10 digit numbers in the hopes that it might lead to something.
Let us know if you find any further developments.

ARTICHOKE puzzle and more
Teams,
I have received a complaint from the library about some overzealous puzzle solvers. I definitely appreciate the enthusiasm but please please be respectful to the Tech employees.
That being said, if you have already solved the ARTICHOKE puzzle you should really have no need to contact the library staff at all for further assistance. There might be other books involved as some of you have already discovered but if you can't locate it please feel free to contact me to help.
For those still working on the ARTICHOKE puzzle, let me mention that the communication on the Facebook page (from all the other authors) should be enough to determine exactly what the actual password is.
Also, I have heard some people wonder what a DOI is. It is a unique identifier to a published piece of work, typically an online document. Check out this short explanation here.

Update
Cyber Discovery Teams,
Thanks for helping us resolve this crime. I hope everyone is following this page for general updates. I believe all of you have opened the lock box by now. But I haven't heard from all teams yet regarding the first main password - it seems to unlock a pdf file on the main CD. Keep me posted on your progress.
Also, due to some evidence collected from some of the teams, it seems that this suspect, JCR, has a Facebook page. After reading it a bit, I noticed that it might be a good idea to figure out what this House Report is. It seems to be a slip up on their part because I suspect that it hints at a password which they are using to encrypt messages including one sent directly on the Facebook page (and maybe others). I'll try to think about it tonight and report back in the late morning if I get any more leads.

JCR Alert!!
Agents,
Be on the look out for JCR. The suspect became aware of agents tailing him and fled the scene. Agents were unable to apprehend suspect but did acquire several key pieces of evidence. We have strong suspicions that the Mersenne family members were in the area as well but are now fleeing the scene. We need to assemble a team immediately in the Ruston area while the remainder of us track them back down into southern Louisiana before they disappear again.
It is imperative that we analyze the evidence collected and locate the suspect.
